"It was in a weekend of April 2018 when we saw in a yard of our old neighborhood a sign of The Toney Group by JP & Associates REALTORS listed by Alicia Toney. The house listed was perfect for my family who outgrew our former home. When we called the number, within minutes we received a call back from Alicia who told us that the house in our old neighborhood was already sold, however, she would be happy to look at our house and help us sell it. We met on Wednesday of the following week at 9 am. Alicia was on time. After touring the house, she pointed out a few things she wanted us to fix. Before coming to the meeting, she had already surveyed our house and gave us a price range for how much it would sell. She was right!Also, Alicia wanted to make sure we find our new home before she lists the old one. Even though we were qualified for a loan trough another lender, Alicia recommended a loan officer who was able to lower our interest rate by almost a point. We had an offer within 24 hours from the time our house was listed. We sold our house on May 12th for $5,500 over the listed price. We closed on our new home on May 17th. We strongly recommend Alicia to anyone with real estate needs. She is so knowledgeable and highly professional. Alicia made herself available throughout the process. She explained and guided us at every step of the way and even participated at every meeting, including the walk-throughs at our new home. "I was blessed to meet Alicia when I had made the decision to sell my previous house when I got married and wanted to expand. from the very start, Alicia was very concerned and interested in what we were wanting to accomplish and gave us honest feedback with regards to sales price and realistic time frame to draw potential buyers. we were able to sell our existing property in a surprisingly short time allowing us to be financially able to purchase our new property. Alicia was very instrumental in negotiating the purchase of our new property and worked tirelessly to ensure that first, we were happy and satisfied with the location with regards to school district, geographical area and more importantly that we were satisfied with the property that we chose and that it meet all our needs. Fast forward. I was recently in a situation where I had to sell my fathers house while at the same time, having to refinance my home. Alicia was absolutely awesome in getting the house sold in a matter of weeks with no delays and exceeding the asking price. She was also able to put me in touch with valuable resources to get my refinance done. "I truly believe it was divine intervention that Mrs. Toney and I met. Our 1st meeting was on the phone to get acquainted with each other for about 30 minutes or so. She then "hit the ground" running to find me the perfect home within my budget.
